Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds

You can get a full refund until 14 days before the summit starts. Email [email protected] with the name and email address on the order. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

After that, tickets can't be refunded, but they can be transferred.

Transfers

If you can't attend, you can give your ticket to someone else at no charge. Email us the new attendee's name and email address before the summit starts.

If we cancel or move the summit

• If a summit is canceled, we refund every ticket in full. You don't need to ask.
• If a summit moves to new dates, your ticket is good for the new dates. If you can't make them, you can have a full refund instead: email us within 30 days of the announcement.
• Speakers and the schedule can change before the event. Those changes aren't grounds for a refund after the deadline above.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship refunds and cancellations follow the agreement for each sponsorship. If there's no written agreement, the ticket policy above applies.
