Terms of sale

These terms apply to tickets and sponsorships bought on ucasummit.com from Intentional Excellence Productions, LLC ("we", "us"), which runs the Utah Conservative Action Summit. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

Purchases

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• A ticket admits one person to the summit it was bought for, on its dates. Keep your receipt; we may ask for the name on the order at check-in.
• Tickets may not be resold for more than face value. We may cancel tickets resold in violation of this term.

The event

• Speakers, sessions, and the schedule are subject to change.
• We may photograph and record the summit, and use that media to report on and promote it. By attending, you consent to appearing in it.
• We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who disrupts the event or endangers others. In that case, no refund is due.
• You are responsible for your own belongings and conduct. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
